Important Information（ご利用にあたって）

• Please turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving the room or upon checkout. / 外出時やチェックアウト時は、エアコンと照明を消してください。
• Manage your valuables at your own risk. We are not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage within the facility.​ / 貴重品はご自身で管理してください。施設内での盗難・紛失・破損について、当方は責任を負いかねます。
• Handle furniture with care to avoid stains or damage. Please note that shoji screens are made of delicate natural materials. / 家具は汚れや破損がないよう大切にお使いください。障子は繊細な天然素材でできています。

• Please dispose of trash in the provided garbage bags inside the room. / ゴミは室内に用意したゴミ袋に入れてください。
• ​If the bag becomes full, use the spare bags located in the drawer under the kitchen sink. / 袋がいっぱいになったら、キッチンのシンク下の引き出しにある予備の袋をお使いください。
• Upon checkout, place the sealed garbage bags into the trash bin located in the parking area. / チェックアウト時は、口を閉じたゴミ袋を駐車場のゴミ箱に入れてください。

• After using kitchen utensils and tableware, please wash and return them to their original place. / 使った調理器具や食器は洗って元の場所に戻してください。
• For fire safety, use the provided IH heater instead of a gas stove.​ / 火災防止のため、ガスコンロではなくIHコンロをお使いください。
• Do not dispose of food waste in the sink to prevent clogging. / 詰まりを防ぐため、生ゴミをシンクに流さないでください。

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property, including all indoor areas, the balcony and the grounds. This includes electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. / バルコニー・敷地内を含む全館禁煙です（電子たばこ・加熱式たばこを含む）。

To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests and neighbors, please avoid the following: / ほかのゲストや近隣の方のため、次のことはお控えください。

• Excessive use of strong perfumes or aroma oils. / 香りの強い香水やアロマオイルの多用
• Bringing or cooking foods with strong odors (e.g., durian). / においの強い食べ物の持ち込みや調理（ドリアンなど）

Additional cleaning fees may apply if special cleaning is required due to strong odors. / 強いにおいのため特別な清掃が必要な場合は、追加清掃料をいただくことがあります。

Please note that any items left behind will be disposed of. We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding forgotten items.​ / お忘れ物は処分いたします。お忘れ物についてのお問い合わせにはお答えできません。

Before departure, please double-check to ensure you have all your belongings.​ / ご出発前に、お荷物をもう一度ご確認ください。

If the room is left in an unusually dirty condition requiring extended cleaning time, an additional cleaning fee may be charged to cover extra labor costs. / 通常より著しく汚れていて清掃に時間がかかる場合は、追加の清掃料をいただくことがあります。

All items within the facility (e.g., towels, tableware, appliances, decorations) are provided for use during your stay. Please do not remove them. In case of missing or damaged items, compensation may be requested. / タオル・食器・家電・装飾品など施設内の備品は、滞在中にお使いいただくためのものです。持ち出さないでください。紛失・破損の場合は弁償をお願いすることがあります。
