Parking Guidelines

• Location: A guest-only parking space is available on the ground floor of the building.​
• Dimensions: 4.7m wide (facing the street) x 2.3m deep x 2.0m height limit.
• Vehicle Restrictions: Compact cars only. You reverse in from the street, so the rear and left side of your car face walls and the front faces the entrance door. Vehicles longer than 4.7m (Alphard, Vellfire, Lexus ES, Elgrand, etc.) do not fit - they end up parked at an angle with the front sticking out towards the entrance and the walkway. Vehicles over 2.0m high cannot be accommodated. If your car is large, please consider one of the coin parking lots nearby.
• Availability: One space is available per reservation; reservations are not accepted.​
• Noise Consideration: Please avoid engine idling and loud conversations to prevent disturbing neighbors.​
• Liability: We are not responsible for any accidents, theft, or other incidents that may occur in the parking area.​
