Parking Guidelines（駐車場のご案内）

• Location: A guest-only parking space is available on the ground floor of the building.​ / 場所：建物1階にゲスト専用の屋内ガレージがあります（無料）。
• Dimensions: 2.3m wide x 4.7m deep (from the street) x 2.0m height limit. / サイズ：幅2.3m × 奥行き4.7m（道路側から）× 高さ制限2.0m
• Vehicle Restrictions: Compact cars only. You reverse in from the street, so the rear and left side of your car face walls and the front faces the entrance door. Vehicles longer than 4.7m (Alphard, Vellfire, Lexus ES, Elgrand, etc.) do not fit - they end up parked at an angle with the front sticking out towards the entrance and the walkway. Vehicles over 2.0m high cannot be accommodated. If your car is large, please consider one of the coin parking lots nearby. A Toyota Sienta (4,260 x 1,695 x 1,695 mm) has been parked here without any problem, so cars up to that size do fit. / 車種：コンパクトカーまで。道路側からバックで入れる形で、車の後ろと左が壁、前が玄関ドアになります。全長4.7mを超える車（アルファード、ヴェルファイア、レクサスES、エルグランドなど）は収まらず、前方が玄関・通路側にはみ出します。全高2.0mを超える車は駐車できません。トヨタ シエンタ（全長4,260×全幅1,695×全高1,695mm）は問題なく駐車できた実績があります。

• Noise Consideration: Please avoid engine idling and loud conversations to prevent disturbing neighbors.​ / 騒音への配慮：近隣の迷惑にならないよう、アイドリングや大声での会話はお控えください。
• Liability: We are not responsible for any accidents, theft, or other incidents that may occur in the parking area.​ / 免責：駐車場内での事故・盗難等について、当方は責任を負いかねます。
