Prohibited Actions（禁止事項）

Wearing shoes inside the property is strictly prohibited. / 室内での土足は禁止です。

Avoid loud noises that may disturb neighbors, especially between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. / 特に22時〜9時は、近隣の迷惑になる大きな音を立てないでください。

Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property, including the balcony and all indoor areas. Littering cigarette butts is also not allowed. / バルコニー・室内を含む敷地内はすべて禁煙です。吸い殻のポイ捨ても禁止です。

Leaving traces of vomiting or any bodily waste is strictly prohibited. / 嘔吐物や排泄物の跡を残すことは禁止です。

Do not dump garbage in unauthorized areas or outside designated bins. / 指定のゴミ箱以外の場所にゴミを捨てないでください。

Bringing more guests than the reservation without notice will result in double the nightly rate per extra guest. / 予約人数を超えて無断で宿泊された場合、追加人数1名につき1泊料金の2倍を申し受けます。

A fee will apply for lost keys. / 鍵を紛失された場合は、費用を申し受けます。

Any damage, stains, or removal of equipment or furnishings will incur repair or replacement fees. / 設備や家具の破損・汚損・持ち出しには、修理費または交換費用を申し受けます。

The use of gas stoves, fireworks, bonfires, or charcoal grills is strictly forbidden. / ガスコンロ・花火・たき火・炭火グリルの使用は禁止です。

Leaving the space in a significantly messy condition at checkout may result in additional charges. / チェックアウト時に著しく散らかっている場合は、追加料金を申し受けることがあります。

Use of the property for sex work or related services is strictly prohibited. / 性的サービス等での利用は固く禁止します。

Bringing or using illegal drugs on the premises is absolutely prohibited. / 違法薬物の持ち込み・使用は固く禁止します。

Opening, discarding, or tampering with packages or mail addressed to the host is not allowed. / ホスト宛ての荷物や郵便物を開封・処分したり、触ったりしないでください。

Any other behavior that may disturb the facility or surrounding community is prohibited. / そのほか、施設や近隣の迷惑となる行為は禁止です。
